Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. in Chicago seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage investor subscriptions, trade confirmations, AML/KYC checks, and client verification processes within our Wealth Management operations.

You will assist with share registers, redemption payments, and responding to investor inquiries, while contributing to underlying investor audits and risk controls. Strong communication and a degree (ACCA preferred) are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
• Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred.
• AML/KYC knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper completion of subscription forms with reference to qualification requirements and investor counts.
• Issue trade confirmations, statements, and reports to investors and respond to investor queries.
• Complete AML, KYC and client verification checks.
• Assist with issuing and maintaining share registers where applicable.
• Assist with redemption payments and maintain client subscription accounts.
• Identify and manage investor problems and contribute to their resolution.
• Assist in underlying investor audits.
• Perform activities with financial, client, or internal business impact.
