Job summary

Calamos Investments is seeking an Internal ETF Sales Associate to partner with sales teams and engage financial advisors and institutional buyers who use ETFs. The role focuses on promoting and wholesaling Calamos ETF products to grow assets and maintain client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of industry experience with strong communication and client-facing skills; Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years direct industry experience with client-facing capabilities.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain.
• ETF product familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and retain assets within Calamos’ ETF product suite.
• Generate business opportunities by direct outreach to financial advisors.
• Manage relationships with wealth management clients and position ETF line-up.
• Deliver value-add presentations to diverse audiences.
• Update CRM activity and support tactical initiatives.
