Calamos Investments is seeking an Internal ETF Sales Associate to partner with sales teams and engage financial advisors and institutional buyers who use ETFs. The role focuses on promoting and wholesaling Calamos ETF products to grow assets and maintain client relationships.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of industry experience with strong communication and client-facing skills; Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain are required or preferred.

The Internal ETF Sales Associate partners with Calamos’ generalist sales teams to both indirectly and directly engage with financial advisors and institutional buyers that primarily use ETFs throughout client portfolios. This position promotes and wholesales Calamos ETF products to acquire and retain assets.
The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and this position may be eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus payments.
