Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Director of ETF Product Management to lead DTCC's ETF Clearing business, defining vision, strategy, and end-to-end product development. You will drive growth, client engagement, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

This role requires deep ETF processing knowledge, strong leadership across global teams, and a proven track record of delivering risk-managed, scalable solutions. Hybrid model with onsite and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in product management or market infrastructure.
• Substantial knowledge of the U.S. securities lifecycle and ETF products.
• Direct experience with DTCC clearing and settlement services infrastructure is required.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end product oversight for DTCC clearing services and ETF primary market processing.
• Monitor production health, service performance, and incidents; drive timely resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Risk, Technology and control functions to maintain a sound control environment.
• Lead ETF domain stewardship and assess business impacts to ensure safe market outcomes.
• Coordinate incident management, communication, and root-cause remediation for production events.
• Maintain a client-centric service management approach and engage with clients and internal teams.
• Convert insights into clearly defined enhancements and prioritize backlogs.
• Lead release planning, testing, and readiness reviews for production deployments.
• Prepare data-driven governance materials and clear reports for leadership.
