Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) Clearing, to lead strategy, product development, and growth across the securities financing franchise. You will drive resiliency, efficiency, and client value while building a high-performing, diverse team.

You will engage with clients, regulators, and market participants, shaping the future of DTCC7s post-trade infrastructure and providing strategic leadership across Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in securities finance, securities lending, repo, collateral management, market infrastructure, clearing.
• Deep understanding of securities financing markets and post-trade processes.
• Experience leading a business or platform with accountability for strategy and outcomes.
• Proven track record of growing client adoption and revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SFT business strategy, operating plan, financial performance, investment priorities, and executive reporting.
• Define the future vision for DTCCs securities financing solutions.
• Lead client engagement, regulatory relations, and market participants.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and market structure professionals.
• Ensure governance over strategy, investments, delivery, and risk controls.
