Job summary

Calamos Investments is seeking a Product Manager for ETFs to lead strategic positioning and management of the ETF suite. You will partner with the Product and Marketing Team to translate market trends into compelling investment value propositions and sales ideas across channels.

You will collaborate with Investment, Analytics, Marketing and Distribution to craft ETF messaging, create collateral, support launches, and train the sales force on features and positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance or related field).
• 5-10+ years in asset management or ETF industry; product management experience a plus.
• CFA/CAIA/ CFP designation in progress preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, asset classes, and capital markets.
• Ability to develop compelling ETF ideas and messaging.
• Experience with Morningstar Direct, Zephyr, Strategic Insights, eVestment Alliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETF strategy and competitive positioning; coordinate with Investment Team to assess capital markets impact.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics for asset allocation and positioning against competitors.
• Drive ETF marketing partnership and content development with Marketing, Distribution, and other teams.
• Create collateral and presentations that clearly communicate ETF value propositions.
• Support new ETF launches with launch materials and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop training programs to educate sales on ETF features and positioning.
• Maintain proactive communication with Distribution to provide effective materials.
