Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is hiring a Fund Operations Specialist to support core fund processes, including ETF creation/redemption, settlement, CNS, rebalancing and collateral.

The role requires an Accounting degree with mutual funds or custody experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. This is a full-time position with Citi benefits and a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PCF files reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices.
• Process ETF creation and redemption orders for the primary market.
• Arrange ETF creation and redemption settlement, cash and in kind.
• Settle ETF units and liaise with APs.
• Handle AP inquiries related to ETF creation/redemption orders.
• CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent.
• Handle ETF rebalancing.
• Process ETF collateral and P&L calculation.
• Knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody is beneficial.

Job description

The candidate will be responsible for the following core fund operational processes:

• PCF file preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices
• ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market
• ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangement, both in cash and in kind
• ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP's
• Handling AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption orders
• CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent
• ETF rebalancing handling
• ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
• Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody beneficial

Required Skills

• Accounting Degree, Mutual Funds or Custody experience

The candidate also needs to display strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
