Remote or hybrid work is available. The base salary is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with opportunities to expand accounting and operations experience while making an impact at the growing Boston firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, fund operations, or a related field.
• Financial services or investment management experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, vendor payments, and cash management activities.
• Assist with fund capital calls, distributions, and investor communications.
• Maintain financial records, bank accounts, and reconciliations.
• Assist with bookkeeping, expense allocations, and monthly close activities.
• Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, fund audits, and tax reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, investors, and external vendors on day-to-day operational needs.
