Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a motivated Fund Administration Analyst to join our ETF operations team. The role requires strong Excel skills, regulatory awareness, and the ability to prioritize a dynamic workload while delivering accurate fund data and reports.

You will collaborate with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and service providers, supporting filings, data reconciliation, and process improvements across the fund administration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power BI and data analysis.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management levels.
• Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports.
• Maintain and reconcile fund data.
• Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and third parties.
• Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze fund data efficiently.
• Monitor ETF operational workflows and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address inquiries and operational tasks and challenges.
• Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and client needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration related workflows.
