Job summary

The Tidal Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated Fund Administration Analyst to join our ETF team. You will manage priorities, rely on Excel formulas, and work with service providers and clients across the ETF ecosystem.

This role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements, with exposure to regulatory filings, fund data reconciliation, and SEC compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports.
• Maintain and reconcile fund data.
• Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and third parties.
• Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze fund data efficiently.
• Monitor ETF operational workflows and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address inquiries and operational tasks and challenges.
• Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and client needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration related workflows.
