Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support NYSE's Global Listings, Capital Markets and ETF teams and management in obtaining new business and strengthening relationships.

The Analyst will conduct data analysis, prepare presentation materials, oversee the new listing process for operating companies and ETFs, manage databases, and work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, entrepreneurship, management or related field.
• 1-3 years in Capital Markets, asset management, ETFs or similar industry.
• Strong functional and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytic thinker.
• Proactive, self-motivated with responsibility.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities across lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with FactSet, Dealogic, PitchBook and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Markets, Listings and ETF business lines.
• Communicate NYSE/NYSE Arca value proposition to issuers.
• Customize presentations for IPO prospects and other transactions.
• Lead listing process for companies and ETF issuers.
• Conduct DMM interviews with corporate issuers.
• Maintain databases and report market landscape KPIs.
• Partner on strategic projects across NYSE with research and analysis.
