Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in New York seeks an Analyst to support NYSE’s Global Listings, Capital Markets and ETF teams. You will analyze data, prepare materials, and manage listing processes while coordinating with counsel, regulators and external stakeholders.

You'll liaise with executives, ETF issuers and product teams, underwriters, and market participants, driving strategic projects and presentation development. Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, entrepreneurship, management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Capital Markets, asset management, ETFs or related industry.
• Strong functional and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytic thinker.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Markets, Listings and ETF business lines.
• Understand and communicate NYSE value proposition to corporate and ETF issuers.
• Customize presentations for IPO prospects, ETF issuers and client meetings.
• Lead companies and ETF issuers through the listing process with cross-functional coordination.
• Execute DMM interviews with corporate issuers and support the selection process.
• Maintain databases and report market landscape, KPIs and pipelines.
• Partner with senior team on strategic projects and presentation materials.
