Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to work on Web & Investment Products in a 12-month hybrid role based in Quincy or Boston. You will drive ETF and Mutual Fund product launches, collect and manage data, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and data providers.

The ideal candidate has strong ETF experience, 8+ years in financial services, hands-on AEM and Workfront experience, and a business/finance/tech degree.

Qualifications

• Strong ETF experience is required.
• Mutual Fund experience alone is not enough.
• Experience with Compliance.
• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience with Adobe Workfront.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Around 8 years of financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support ETF and Mutual Fund product launches and updates.
• Collect and manage data for investment products.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and data providers.
• Clarify business requirements and improve processes.
• Assist with QA/testing for key projects.
• Explain business and technical information to clients and team.

Senior Business Analyst – Web & Investment Products

Duration: 12 months

Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week in Quincy or Boston

What You Will Do

• Work on ETF and Mutual Fund product launches and website updates.
• Collect and manage data needed for these investment products.
• Work with different teams such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and data providers.
• Understand business requirements and improve existing business processes.
• Work on websites for different countries and understand differences in:
• Web pages
• Fact sheets
• Templates
• Data requirements
• Content/text
• Work with data providers to quickly solve data-related problems.
• Help with QA/testing for important projects.
• Explain business and technical information to clients and team members.
• Research industry trends, technology, and competitors.
• Compare industry practices and recommend better ways of working.
• Help provide solutions and recommendations for complex business issues.
