Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program; GPA 3.5+ (3.7 in major preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R) is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare technology and process improvement.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Eastern or central time zone preference.
• No prior experience required; curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Open to innovation including AI to improve processes.
• Remote position; travel to client/corporate locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document requirements for new or revised metrics.
• Contribute to developing and testing metrics.
• Prepare and present training materials for metrics.
• Validate existing metrics weekly for accuracy.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends and issues.
• Participate in meetings with engineering leaders on reports.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, networking events.
