DP DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a well-established Utility & General Contractor, seeks an Estimator with 5+ years of verifiable FDOT/municipal estimating for water, sewer, storm drainage and road projects. Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and AGTEK is required.

Candidates must show strong analytical, problem-solving and excellent written and spoken communication skills. Only those meeting all requirements will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable estimating experience for FDOT/municipal water, sewer, storm drainage and road projects.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid is required.
• Experience with AGTEK software is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• HCSS HeavyBid experience is required
• AGTEK experience
• 5 years of verifiable experience in estimating for FDOT and/or municipalities for water, sewer and storm drainage as well as road construction is required
• First-rate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
