Skills and Experience Needed for the Heavy Civil Estimator at our client:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator
• Experience with industry estimating software: AGTEK, B2W, HeavyBid (HCSS), or InEight ("Hard Dollar")
• Knowledge of codes and specifications regulating civil construction methods and materials from all applicable governing bodies such as FDOT, COJ, OSHA, JEA, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word
• High patience, attention to detail, and focus on compliance
