Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years estimating heavy civil underground wet utilities projects.
• Experience with storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water system estimating.
• Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid, On-Screen Takeoff, Agtek, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for underground wet utilities (storm, sewer, water).
• Set up and manage bids in HCSS HeavyBid.
• Review drawings, profiles, and municipal requirements for utility projects.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and scope.
• Collaborate with Estimating Team on underground utility bids.
