Qualifications

• Experience estimating in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of cost control principles.
• Knowledge of construction management and project management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
