AtkinsRéalis in Denver, CO is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler Intern for Summer 2027 to support project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, and performance metrics. You will perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice processing as part of the internship.

Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in construction preferred.
• Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering or construction management degree by the start of the internship.
• Basic computer skills to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with production of project Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
