Jobot is seeking a skilled estimator to support our Southern California roofing projects, covering both commercial and residential work. You will interpret plans and specs to generate precise takeoffs and bids, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects from plans and specs.

Job Details

• Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to interpret plans and specifications
• Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor/vendor relationships

Location: Southern California (office in Riverside County; some travel may be required)
