Location: South Metro Denver/Work from home

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, people-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join their fast-growing team. They specialize in handyman work, remodels, and kitchen renovations and are known for delivering 5-star service and detailed, transparent estimates.

Description:

• In-Home Visits
Meet with prospective clients in their homes to gather project details, build rapport, and understand their goals.
• Estimate Preparation
Use our AI-powered Scope of Work Generator to craft clear, accurate estimates. Then input them into our field service software (FSM) for delivery and tracking.
• Project Oversight
Perform job-site check-ins to ensure quality workmanship and smooth subcontractor execution.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Tech comfort – you’ll be using AI tools, apps, and job software software daily
• A background in residential construction, remodeling, or project management is a big plus
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission
On-target earnings of $75,000, with high performers earning $100,000+
