Job summary

Fl-Crane- in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager II to oversee the entire building process from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and management to develop budgets, organize construction, obtain permits, and negotiate vendor contracts.

You will supervise the workforce, enforce safety regulations, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining accurate cost records and coordinating with subcontractors to optimize scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building construction, math-based field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in estimating or PM in drywall/acoustical/metal framing trades.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals ahead of bid due dates.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and sales on bids.
• Manage project from conception to completion and coordinate scheduling.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to production goals.
• Maintain accurate job costs and vendor/subcontractor bids.
