Job summary

EV Construction in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget alignment, and adherence to EV Construction’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, has leadership qualities, is willing to train others, and is excited about construction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in CM/architectural technology/engineering or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Estimating or preconstruction experience.
Proficiency with MS Project.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, owning execution and outcomes.
Own preconstruction and estimating budget through contract closeout.
Coordinate with field teams to align plans and on-site execution.
Manage project documents including subcontracts, change orders, and related docs.
Facilitate coordination meetings and drive progress with clear communication.
Execute trade partner change orders and cost estimating.
Maintain relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners.
Schedule and plan projects with field leadership.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
