Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating estimates for assigned scopes of work.
• Provides leadership over smaller projects.
• Negotiates pricing for assigned scopes of work.
• Assists with creation of Bid Manual.

Skills

Knowledge and efficiency in Manhattan software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Autodesk Software

Education
