Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals ahead of bid due dates.
• Read blueprints and technical docs to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors and sales to prepare bids.
• Manage project costs, maintain records of estimates vs actuals, and coordinate with subcontractors.
