Job summary

LeoForce in San Antonio, TX seeks an Estimator Project Manager to estimate construction costs, manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery to client specs.

You will work with clients, conduct site inspections, manage project phases, and oversee quality control and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

PM skills and experience in construction estimating, especially in paving/concrete, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in Construction Estimating in the Concrete, Asphalt Paving Industry.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects.
• Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring quality control throughout project execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant Project Management and Construction Estimating software.
• Previous experience in construction or paving industry preferred.

Job Details

We are looking for an Estimator Project Manager based in San Antonio, TX. This person will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients, conducting site inspections, managing and expediting project phases, and overseeing quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in Construction Estimating in the Concrete, Asphalt Paving Industry.
