Rieth-Riley Construction Co. is seeking an estimator/manager to oversee earthwork and asphalt paving projects, with responsibilities for cost forecasting, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and strong skills in estimating software and Excel. The candidate will prepare bids, set up contracts, schedule crews, monitor costs, and maintain positive client relationships on both private and public projects

Summary
Estimates private and public earthwork and asphalt paving projects.Oversees and directs all onsite administrative, operational, and technical aspects of projects including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
