Estimator /Project Manager - Commercial & Property Management

Your role as our Estimator/Project Manager

You will be accountable for generating and managing work with condo associations, property managers, and HOAs. Your scope includes estimating, selling, and managing projects such as:

• Deck replacement
• Masonry and concrete repairs
• Roofing and siding
• Drywall, framing, and painting
• Carpentry and general building maintenance
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and build relationships with condo associations and commercial property managers
• Estimate, sell, and manage multi-trade construction and restoration projects
• Prepare proposals, secure signed contracts, and manage project execution
• Oversee field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Act as a key player in expanding our presence in the regional market
  
  
  

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, and project management

Knowledge of building systems, trades, and property restoration

Proven ability to develop leads and close new business

Strong communication and organizational skills

Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on results and growth

Prior experience with property managers, HOAs, or condo associations is a plus
