Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

A growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join their Commercial Select Projects Division, focused on managing and estimating design-build projects ranging from $1M-$10M. This is a fully office-based role supporting projects throughout southern Maine, with the opportunity to work directly with architects, clients, and project teams from concept through closeout.

Description

Oversee full-cycle project management and estimating on commercial projects ($1M-$7M typical range)

Coordinate with architects, owners, and consultants during design-build phases

Lead and mentor a Project Engineer/Assistant PM

Manage subcontractor scopes, scheduling, and budgets using Procore

Develop accurate cost estimates and participate in client proposals and presentations

Profile

Project Manager/ Estimator - Commercial Projects - $100k - Will have

5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a mix of project management and estimating

Experience working with a general contractor (not subcontractors)

Proven background managing design-build coordination with clients and architects

Estimating experience on projects $1M+

Familiarity with Procore

Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Must be commutable to Portland, Maine
