Centurion Stone of Chattanooga is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to own projects from first client interaction through final installation, balancing client relationships, estimating, and execution with precision.

This frontline role requires strong client skills, construction know-how, and organized, systems-driven accountability. You will perform takeoffs, develop proposals, manage from estimate to closeout, and maintain project data in CRM and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in construction, project management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, stone veneer, stucco, or exterior systems.
• Ability to read plans, perform takeoffs, and develop proposals.
• Excellent communication, client-focused, and relationship-driven.
• Spanish language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and internal teams.
• Manage projects from estimate to closeout, including scheduling and installation.
• Perform takeoffs, estimating, and proposal development for masonry and exterior systems.
• Drive sales growth through client relationships and responsiveness.
• Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines to ensure project execution.
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM and project management tools.
• Identify and solve issues before impacting schedule or client experience.
• Ensure work meets quality, scope, and budget.
