Role Description The Lead Construction Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tukwila, WA. This position is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for stucco, stone, and siding projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing architectural and engineering plans, performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing bid specifications, and developing competitive proposals for commercial and residential projects. The Lead Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, field supervisors, and leadership to refine budgets, track cost changes, and support project planning and scheduling. This role also includes maintaining estimating tools and databases, engaging with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, and helping improve estimating processes to support safe, high-quality project delivery.
