Job summary

Barmac Painters, LLC in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Painting Estimator / Production Manager to lead project scopes from bid to completion. You will estimate interior/exterior residential and light commercial work, meet with clients, prepare proposals, and supervise daily production to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in painting, strong estimating skills, solid surface prep knowledge, and leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial painting.
• Experience estimating interior/exterior projects and leading teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques.
• Clean driving record and willingness to work peak seasons.

Barmac Painters is looking for an experienced Estimator/Production Manager to join our team! Looking for someone who is self-driven and able to make independent decisions without heavy owner oversight.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately estimate interior and exterior residential and light commercial painting projects.
• Meet with clients to assess job scope, materials, labor, and scheduling needs.
• Create and deliver professional proposals in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily production, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from job start to finish
• Perform on-site quality checks and resolve issues proactively

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience
• in residential/commercial painting
• and
• estimating
• Solid understanding of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques
• Proficiency in digital estimating tools is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• A clean driving record.
• Willing to work more hours during the spring/summer with less work hours during the fall/winter.
