Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial painting.
• Experience estimating interior/exterior projects and leading teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques.
• Clean driving record and willingness to work peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Estimate interior and exterior painting projects for residential and light commercial work.
• Meet with clients to assess scope, materials, labor, and scheduling.
• Create and deliver professional proposals in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily production to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Act as main point of contact for clients from start to finish.
• Perform on-site quality checks and proactively resolve issues.
