Qualifications

• 3–6 years of estimating experience in construction.
• Strong quantity takeoff and pricing abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project budgeting and prepare detailed takeoffs.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and prepare bid packages.
• Review historical cost data and consider market conditions.
