Babbidge Construction Company is seeking a talented estimator to support our Director of Estimation and Director of Construction. This role will provide critical support across bidding, pre-construction activities, estimations, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage PRO-EST, Excel, and Procore to develop accurate estimates and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, PRO-EST, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Bid management and coordination of bidding processes.
• Perform pre-construction activities and planning.
• Prepare and manage estimates and cost analyses.
• Conduct pre-qualification of vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement activities and document controls.
