Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and prepare proposals before bid date.
• Contact vendors for pricing and review quotes to meet designs/specifications.
• Review sales proposals with staff to ensure requirements and timelines.
• Lead turnover meetings to confirm scope, values, and paperwork at sale.
• Assist with Change Order Proposals and monitor progress of projects.
