Insight Global is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager for a client in the commercial construction industry to support Acousti's Charlotte and Raleigh operations. You will lead preconstruction and project execution for acoustical ceilings, wall panels, and interior systems, handling takeoffs, estimates, procurement, and budgets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, architects, vendors, and customers, with growth opportunities in a local market and long-term relationship building.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with acoustical ceiling systems, specialty ceilings, ceiling grids, wall panels, and related interior systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, bid preparation, and project budgeting.
• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, procurement activities, and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of change orders, contract administration, and project cost controls.

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and develop estimates for bid packages.
• Lead preconstruction and project execution from award to completion.
• Coordinate with field teams, subs, architects, and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders.
