Acousti Engineering Company of Florida is seeking a Project Manager, Ceilings in Charlotte, NC to lead the full life cycle of ceiling projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in standard and specialty ceiling systems to drive profitable outcomes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial ceiling sales experience.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with ceiling products, installation, and field troubleshooting.
• Ability to evaluate RFPs, blueprints, specs, and contracts.
• Experience managing large ceiling projects for cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope to identify risks with stakeholders.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates for pricing decisions.
• Ensure bid proposals align with profit goals.
• Estimate and manage ceiling projects from start to closeout.
• Complete material take-offs, order materials, manage delivery and punch lists.
• Engage with corporate, institutional, government, medical, and hospitality clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling.
• Maximize sales opportunities and market share through proactive outreach.
• Develop a database of qualified leads via referrals and cold calling.
