Job summary

Acousti Engineering Company of Florida is seeking a Project Manager, Ceilings to lead the full life cycle of commercial ceiling projects in Charlotte, NC, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget execution, and top-quality results.

You will work with customers and internal teams, manage cost estimates, bid proposals, and apply standard and specialty ceiling system installation expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial ceiling sales or project management experience.
• Strong communication with customers, teams, and internal staff.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Review scope to identify risks and clarify stakeholder expectations.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates for pricing and profitability.
• Ensure bid proposals align with profit goals.
• Estimate and manage ceiling projects from pre-start to closeout.
• Prepare material take-offs and manage orders and delivery.
