Job summary

Communications, Cabling & Networking, Inc. is seeking an estimator to support Operations, Project Managers and Field Resources by estimating time and materials, quotes, and proposals for diverse low-voltage projects.

You will lead bid reviews, aid in RFP/RFQ creation, perform site walks, and interact with manufacturers. Experience in ICT estimation and CAD tools is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to work in team environment with positive attitude.
In-depth understanding of products and cabling infrastructures.
Ability to read and understand floor plans.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Estimate time and materials, vendor quotes and proposals for a variety of system projects.
Lead bid reviews; ensure labor units and materials accuracy before presenting to customer.
Assist with RFP/RFQ responses and site walks/measurements as needed.
Interact with manufacturers on new products.
Maintain product pricing and quotation documentation.
Design system drawings as required; manage design requests in CRM.
