Cable Communications, Inc. is seeking an estimator to review drawings and site notes, scope material and labor, and produce accurate, competitive proposals for commercial projects. You will collaborate with field teams and PMs to ensure buildable pricing and timely bids.

The role offers full-time employment at multiple experience levels, from Estimator to Lead Estimator, with benefits and ongoing bid-management responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience estimating in low-voltage, structured cabling, security, or related electrical/construction scopes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications to extract material and labor quantities.
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and MS Office; strong written proposals.

• Review drawings, RFPs, and site notes to scope material and labor.
• Build accurate, competitive proposals for commercial clients and partners.
• Coordinate with field and PMs to sanity-check pricing against buildability.
