AEC is seeking an Estimator and Inside Sales Engineer to support Outside Sales Engineers in electrical field testing and power systems engineering. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and helping create value-driven contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or BS in electrical engineering required.
• Experience in electrical field testing or power systems estimating preferred.
• Ability to commute to the Pasadena office is required.
• Office-based role at the Pasadena campus.
• MS365/Excel proficiency; Salesforce familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to bid requests and assist with online opportunities.
• Clarify scope with customers, PMs and engineers of record.
• Prepare takeoffs and draft estimates for proposals.
