The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) with 1+ year of experience, strong communication, and team-oriented collaboration. Base pay ranges are provided with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-miles radius of Pelham, AL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Support management, outside sales engineers and customers with technical, service, and commercial solutions.
• Close orders based on expertise in selling skills and technical knowledge; position Eaton Electrical competitively.
• Provide technical knowledge regarding products/services; negotiate and price industrial and construction projects.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain high commercial relations with customers using salesmanship and product knowledge.
