Job summary

You will develop estimates, perform take-offs, review designs, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate bidding and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for large-scale projects across all phases
• Conduct take-offs, value engineering and cost reviews
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; solicit bids
• Present estimates to Project Team and executives
• Maintain and update historical cost data and pricing database
