• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal, plans and specs to determine time frame and resources.
• Establish work plan, scheduling and staffing for each phase.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate activities with project staff and vendors.
• Negotiate with Owner and subcontractors to maintain efficiency.
