• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposal, plans and specs to determine time frame and resources.
• Establishes work plan, scheduling and staffing for each phase.
• Reads and understands drawings and specifications.
• Establishes a growing network of business associates and vendors.
• Coordinates project activities to ensure progress within budget and provides technical advice.
