Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of General Contracting, EPC construction methods, processes, and procedures.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, cost estimating and project control software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, compile, and present scope and cost data for construction and project estimates.
• Work on estimates that may be order of magnitude for planning, preliminary, or definitive purposes.
• Demonstrate ability to interpret construction plans and specs for cost estimation.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates within defined parameters.
• Coordinate with design and construction staff to obtain estimate scope and schedule data.
