Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Estimator I for Kawneer in Springdale, AR. You will review and enter customer pricing requests, maintain communication with customers, oversee order pursuit activities, and participate in project negotiations to help the Order Pursuit Team meet revenue targets.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with KaluCAD and JD Edwards is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with pricing, quotes, and order pursuit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material proposals and take-offs for Kawneer products from customer lists and plans.
• Review customer requests for pricing and enter into the system accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and sales on quotes and changes.
• Support order pursuit activities and assist in project negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal resources on complex projects.
• Serve as a line of contact for customer inquiries and live call responses.
