Arconic is seeking an Estimator II to join the Kawneer team in Springdale, AR. You will develop pricing and estimates for storefronts, curtain walls, doors, and windows, collaborating with internal teams and customers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and customer service as you translate project requirements into competitive proposals. Reporting to the Order Pursuit Supervisor, you will be a key contact for clients, supporting bids from initial inquiry through final quotes while

Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimations for projects using customer supplied lists, customer elevations, and architectural plans.
• Provides exceptional customer service for Kawneer’s clients.
• Consults with internal teams, clients, sales reps, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Be a point-of-contact on phone inquiries with expectation of 100% response and customer assistance without frequently forwarding calls to other front-end employees.
