Job summary

This role requires strong math skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to break down construction operations.

You will work with sales and project teams, manage bid documents, coordinate schedules, and support data input into estimating software.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence.
• Team player with good communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Resolve pricing options and target appropriate project price.
• Gather information from government and private entities affecting the project.
• Prepare, organize, and coordinate RFP documents and bid schedules.
• Complete quantity takeoffs and material summations.
• Solicit bidders, obtain estimates, and prepare comparison sheets.
• Provide data input support to estimating software.
• Build project estimates and assist in quotes and order entry.
• Participate in plan and estimate review meetings and site investigations.
